Melissa Zee impressed me by her knowledge and professionalism. I was looking for a lot to build a new home. I was very specific as to the location and price. Melissa put a lot of time and effort in finding what I wanted. She took every rejection by me of a proposed object as a challenge to find a better one. Once we had located a lot to my liking , Melissa had the difficult job to bring together the seller and me (the buyer) to agree on a price. She was finally able to achieve this with her smart negotiation skills and making buyer and seller happy. While we were closing the deal , the escrow company made a mistake that could have been detrimental to me. Melissa examined the correspondence on a daily basis and spotted the mistake right away. I couldn’t be happier with a real estate agent.
